Dior Beauty Advisor position at Beijing Daxing Airport boutique; luxury retail sales role in Perfumes & Cosmetics, full-time, on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and online sales activities using the Dior D.I.O.R. sales methodology, delivering personalized product recommendations and seamless service experiences
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers through in-store engagement and remote communication
- Drive new customer acquisition and repeat visit rates while managing customer data within dedicated CRM systems
- Leverage Dior sales tools and operational resources to increase foot traffic, cultivate loyalty, and execute client-focused initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report discrepancies to the counter manager, and ensure adequate stock availability
- Manage shelving displays, merchandise new products as applicable, and maintain point-of-sale operations
- Reconcile daily cash transactions and complete assigned administrative responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to company procedures, SOPs, and employee conduct standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional retail and service industry experience, preferably in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated sales excellence and performance success in luxury retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluent Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency (larger stores)
- High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from a recognized beauty school
- Proficiency with luxury sales techniques and brand product knowledge

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors, with preferred experience in the luxury goods industry and demonstrated performance excellence in luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognized beauty school is preferred.
