Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Baoding, Hebei, China — deliver clienteling, product expertise and drive sales at the Dior counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Parfums Christian Dior, consistently communicating brand values and presenting a polished Dior image at all times.
- Drive and achieve individual and counter sales targets through consultative selling across fragrances, makeup and skincare.
- Deliver high‑standard, personalised service to create an exceptional shopping experience and build long‑term client relationships.
- Identify customer needs, recommend tailored product solutions and demonstrate product usage and beauty routines.
- Manage client data and activity in the dedicated CRM/system to support clienteling, retention and recruitment of new clients.
- Support counter operations including stock monitoring, merchandising, assigned administrative tasks and adherence to company operating procedures.
- Report to the counter manager/boutique manager and collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams to optimise customer experience and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail or beauty retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable sales performance and ability to meet monthly targets in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or completion of an equivalent beauty/esthetician training program.
- Fluent spoken local language (Mandarin); strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client‑centric mindset, team orientation, professional grooming and a passion for beauty and luxury.

Experience
Retail or service experience required; candidates with 1–2 years of demonstrated achievement in luxury or cosmetics retail will be prioritised. Proven ability to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional clienteling is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty or esthetics school preferred.
