Christian Dior is hiring a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor in Anshan to deliver in-store and online beauty sales, personalized service and customer relationship management while achieving sales targets and supporting store KPIs. The role also covers counter operations, stock monitoring, cash handling where applicable, and assigned administrative work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and online sales as an individual sales advisor.
- Apply Dior’s D.I.O.R. method throughout the sales process, using high service standards to meet customer needs and create memorable experiences.
- Demonstrate service etiquette and a professional manner, with attention to detail when engaging with customers at the counter.
- Identify and understand customer needs.
- Recommend and demonstrate personalized products, deliver service to a high standard, cross-sell within and across categories, and provide customers with a holistic beauty approach.
- Communicate the brand and its products with enthusiasm.
- Achieve retail sales targets across in-store and online channels and contribute to the store’s monthly KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand, product categories and competitors.
- Build lasting relationships with existing customers in-store and remotely.
- Recruit new customers and encourage repeat visits to the counter.
- Register customer data in the designated system and carry out all CRM and client activities.
- Use Dior content and tools, including sales and daily operations tools, to drive traffic, build customer loyalty and take action.
- Understand and apply sales guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels daily, report issues to the counter manager and ensure adequate stock.
- Monitor shelf stock and display new products when needed, where applicable.
- Operate the cash register and reconcile daily revenue, where applicable.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Strictly follow all company policies, SOPs, procedures and employee code requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service; 1–2 years of luxury-industry experience is preferred.
- A strong performance record in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- High school education or above, or graduation from an equivalent beauty school.
- Excellent sales skills; luxury-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication skills are required for large stores.
- Customer focus, including building strong customer relationships and identifying and responding to customer needs.
