Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior, consistently embodying Dior’s values and service standards at the counter.
- Deliver personalised consultations and demonstrations across fragrances, makeup and skincare to meet client needs and drive conversion.
- Achieve individual and counter sales objectives; contribute to monthly sales KPIs and overall counter revenue.
- Develop client relationships and trust through attentive service, follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Recommend and upsell complementary products across categories and present Dior’s global beauty routines.
- Maintain counter standards in line with company guidelines, including merchandising, stock monitoring and housekeeping.
- Report stock issues and sales performance to the counter manager or boutique manager; complete allocated administrative tasks.
- Comply with Dior operational policies including punctuality, attendance and beauty protocols; collaborate cross-functionally with store teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or graduation from a recognised beauty/cosmetology school.
- Retail or service industry experience; 1–2 years in luxury or cosmetics retail preferred.
- Customer-centric attitude, strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build client trust.
- Ability to work retail schedules and to operate professionally in a fast-paced sales environment.
