Christian Dior Couture Back Office Assistant internship, Paris — five-month role in supply chain & inventory management for fashion students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative and qualitative inspection of merchandise upon receipt
- Plan and coordinate replenishment of packaging materials across multiple retail locations
- Collect and assess storage element and sales point renovation requirements from department heads
- Prepare and arrange gift box pleating materials
- Organize and optimize inventory in coordination with department managers
- Maintain impeccable order and organization of reserve storage areas
- Fulfill retail sales team requests by locating and delivering requested pieces to support client transactions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of available stock and reserve inventory to respond efficiently to customer inquiries
- Replenish front-of-store stock levels and packaging supplies on a continuous basis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Valid internship convention (convention de stage) required
- Fluent French and English
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment
