Role & Responsibilities
- Design technical documents and execution plans for POS material production using Illustrator and SketchUp
- Create and develop permanent merchandising elements including POS displays, planogram updates, concept variations, and merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams, architects, deployment services, and purchasing departments on integrated projects
- Prepare and monitor briefs for 3D illustrators, including sketches, technical plans, and production oversight
- Support merchandising point preparation through presentation slide development and prototype monitoring
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Design or equivalent (DSAA, Master 2) with retail specialization preferred
- Demonstrated passion for luxury cosmetics and beauty industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and SketchUp
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent English communication skills
