Christian Dior Couture, Paris: 6-month internship as Assistant Training Project Manager developing womenswear retail training programs at Dior Academy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive blended-learning training modules for womenswear expertise (ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, accessories) that are production-ready for trainers
- Monitor performance of training tools and consolidate field feedback to optimize future development and practical efficacy
- Conduct active competitive research and stay abreast of emerging training methodologies to enhance innovation in blended-learning curriculum design
- Support the International Retail Training Manager in creating and deploying cross-functional special projects
- Manage inventory of ready-to-wear samples and accessories for training purposes
- Coordinate operational logistics for training seminars and distribution of training materials internationally
- Develop weekly fashion newsletters for sales teams featuring latest trend updates and product news
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business school, fashion school, or university degree program
- Prior experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong creative sensibility and aesthetic judgment
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop (strongly preferred)

Prior experience in sales, training, or marketing within fashion or luxury retail; a foundational understanding of the fashion industry and retail operations.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, fashion, or equivalent university program.
