Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and localize makeup training courseware based on global frameworks, adapting content to local market needs whilst maintaining brand DNA and artistic standards
- Deliver expert-led makeup training sessions demonstrating proficiency in makeup techniques, artistry trends, and standardized technical knowledge across all touchpoints
- Analyze retail metrics and category performance data (Key 15 Door, SKUs, AUS, IPT, sales conversion rates) to inform training priorities and product focus
- Translate data-driven insights into targeted training interventions for underperforming stores and new product launches, delivering monthly effectiveness reports linked to business KPIs
- Oversee regional training execution through store visits, audits, and live coaching; design advanced development programs and certification frameworks for makeup artists and high-potential beauty consultants
- Serve as primary liaison with headquarters training teams and coordinate seamlessly with Area Trainer teams to ensure consistent quality standards across the Asia Pacific region
- Lead end-to-end training coordination for high-profile projects including new product launches, makeup competitions, and beauty masterclasses with professional delivery
- Represent the brand at media events, fashion shows, KOL makeup classes, and VIP client events, demonstrating technical excellence and inspirational presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5+ years of training experience in the luxury beauty or fragrance industry
- Proven track record in training system establishment and end-to-end project management
- In-team coordination or project leadership experience
- Expertise in makeup techniques, artistry trends, and beauty education methodologies
