Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise training sessions across the France market, including creation of weekly trainer roadmaps and logistical retro-planning.
- Co‑organise internal seminars and support event logistics (venue booking, supplier coordination, material preparation and routing of training trunks).
- Manage procurement and coordination of training products, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely routing of training kits.
- Enter and maintain participant registrations in the training database and support administrative record‑keeping.
- Prepare monthly training reports and track key performance indicators; perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of training activities.
- Benchmark training venues across France and maintain relationships with external logistics and venue providers.
- Act as primary internal contact for off‑payroll agencies, the Dior international training centre and field/sales teams to align schedules and resources.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects: respond to calls for tender, co‑design and deploy training programmes with retail partners, support recruitment of beauty advisors for live trainings and participate in development of training tools.
- Support the annual gift plan for training in accordance with Maison priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (business school or university) and eligible for a contrat d'alternance (work‑study).
- Ideally one prior internship (≈6 months) in training, learning & development or retail operations.
- Strong organisational aptitude and aptitude for logistical coordination in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience producing reports and tracking KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Adaptability, initiative and creativity in line with Maison values.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (see technical requirements).

Entry‑level (débutant); ideally completed a 6‑month internship in Training/L&D or retail prior to the alternance placement.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s degree (business school or university); alternance/work‑study contract required.
