Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and create training materials to enhance the knowledge of Client Service teams regarding digital tools, procedures, and Dior creations.
  • Assist in the operational management of escalated cases to top management.
  • Participate in community engagement activities such as newsletters, workshops, challenges, and seminars.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and deployment of new strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives involving Client Services.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on new experiences, tools, services, and inspirations that could be integrated into Dior's Client Services.
  • Undertake additional tasks related to the Client Relations Service based on departmental projects and events.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or university program (Bachelor's +4/5 level).
  • Interest in new technologies and the fashion industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) is mandatory.
