Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant to Grand Vendeur in Miami (Design District) — clienteling, CRM management and sales support for women's collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Grand Vendeur in daily client-facing activities, including scheduling and managing appointments and client communications.
- Process sales transactions and manage sales through the boutique platform on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
- Deliver after‑sales service and handle client enquiries, returns and follow-ups with discretion and urgency.
- Record, update and maintain client profiles and interaction history within the Dior Star CRM platform.
- Coordinate and prioritise deliveries, shipments and logistics for Grand Vendeur clients.
- Facilitate internal communication between clients, management and the boutique network.
- Prepare and manage client gifts, letters and special-occasion outreach (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Perform ad hoc administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure seamless client service and boutique operation.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury segment.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-building ability with high standards of discretion.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple, time-sensitive requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a calm, professional manner under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ownership of client information; reliable follow-up and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt quickly to new processes or client requirements.

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in a boutique or luxury retail environment with direct client contact and documented client service responsibility.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or clienteling training preferred.
