Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Supply Planner at showrooms for new collections, analyzing prototypes and determining needs for spare parts.
- Calculate requirements and place orders for production, including collections, restocks, and special MTO orders using the Pareto method.
- Support in managing production anomalies and errors.
- Monitor spare parts orders and communicate delivery timelines to regions, requiring proficiency in English.
- Contribute to data analysis projects to optimize the spare parts forecasting model.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school or equivalent university program, seeking an apprenticeship in Supply Chain.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and curiosity.
