Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee E-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any anomalies in collaboration with central and warehouse teams.
- Maintain daily communication with the call center, providing necessary solutions and responses to customer inquiries.
- Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, implementing continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
- Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems (OMS, POS) and the E-commerce warehouse (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy and conducting necessary adjustments.

- Final year student in an engineering school, pursuing a Bac +5 level degree.
