Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of men's leather goods collections
- Support coordination between design, product development, merchandising, and production teams
- Conduct research, create sketches and renderings, and produce mock-ups for new designs
- Monitor prototypes, samples, and production timelines
- Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are maintained throughout development
- Prepare and maintain product sheets, technical documentation, artwork, and collection tracking reports
- Support inventory tracking and material management
- Organize team meetings and prepare presentations
- Perform general administrative tasks to support studio operations
Qualifications
- BA or MA in Fashion Design with valid internship agreement from current school
- Genuine passion for leather goods, accessories, and luxury fashion
- Previous internship or professional experience in leather goods, luxury, or fashion industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail with quality-driven mindset
- Knowledge of leather materials and production processes
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Portfolio required for application consideration

Entry-level; previous internship or experience in leather goods, luxury, or fashion industry is advantageous but not required.
Education
