Role & Responsibilities

- Optimize sales through client retention, public relations, and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee window displays and maintain high merchandising standards within the store.
- Manage sales reports and merchandising needs to ensure effective stock management.
- Coordinate in-store promotional events.
- Develop and enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Supervise operations, coach, and train team members.
- Ensure sales align with targets and manage financial reporting, including invoicing and monthly reports.
- Collaborate closely with sales managers on annual figures and promotional events.
Qualifications
