Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with the launch of technical collection materials and coordinate with internal teams on product specifications
• Source and order materials including leathers, textiles, and accessories; maintain updated collection tracking tools (dispatch files, master documents, books)
• Participate in research and development of footwear technical specifications and materials in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing partners across France and internationally
• Support product refinement and material testing processes, including production follow-up and quality control
• Generate and maintain purchase orders for materials and technical specifications; track invoices and receipt of delivered materials
• Manage administrative coordination and communication with external manufacturers and suppliers throughout the development cycle

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a higher education programme with prior hands-on experience in product development, materials, or textile studies (business school, engineering, or materials/textile design programme)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital workplace tools
• Fluent English; Italian language skills are advantageous
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Valid internship convention (stage convention) required

Experience

Entry-level; candidates should have completed at least one prior internship or hands-on educational project involving product, materials, or textile work.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in commerce, engineering, design, materials science, or textile studies; candidates from specialized fashion design or business schools are preferred.
