Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed merchandising guidelines for international markets to ensure consistency and proper implementation of point-of-sale displays (approximately 30%)
  • Conceive and develop ephemeral point-of-sale elements for product launches—fragrance, makeup, and skincare—across Dior retail locations (approximately 15%)
  • Design execution documents and technical plans for the production of point-of-sale materials and podiums using Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp (approximately 15%)
  • Participate in animating boutiques and multi-brand retail spaces through the creation of merchandising devices and ephemeral podiums (approximately 15%)
  • Produce creative mood boards for merchandising animations and launches consistent with the Maison's visual identity (approximately 10%)
  • Prepare and manage creative briefs for 3D illustrators, including sketches, technical plans, and design follow-up (approximately 5%)
  • Contribute to the preparation of merchandising meetings by developing presentation materials and ensuring prototype and sample oversight (approximately 10%)

Qualifications

  • Ideal first experience in academic or professional design, interior architecture, or visual merchandising
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5) from a design school, interior architecture program, or spatial design program (Master 2 or DSAA)
  • Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Mandatory proficiency in SketchUp for modelling and designing merchandising devices
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentation materials
  • Capability to produce sketches, technical plans, and visual concepts
  • Strong sensitivity to retail design, merchandising, and luxury aesthetics
