Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Assistant Sales Planning RTW internship (6 months, hybrid). Support Women's RTW sales forecasting and analytics using PowerBI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct and update weekly sales reports in PowerBI, tracking sales versus last week, last year, week-to-date, month-to-date, season-to-date, and year-to-date metrics, and against forecast targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance versus forecast, including current and projected sell-through rates at collection, category, zone, and product levels
- Support ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests from key stakeholders across Women's RTW business units, merchandising, supply and demand planning, business planning, and zone planning functions
- Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for Forecast Committee meetings and Product Impact Committee (PIC) reviews
- Participate in showroom events to understand purchasing strategy, business priorities, and to track collection forecasts from launch onward
- Track purchases and sell-through performance against showroom targets and analyze variances
- Analyze sales performance relative to purchase volumes and assess inventory impact across categories
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or business school diploma
- Strong affinity for supply chain, procurement, retail merchandising, and data analytics
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated ability to work reliably and with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though familiarity with luxury retail, supply chain, or merchandising is valued.
Education
Engineering degree or business school (École d'ingénieur or École de commerce).
