Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Retail Training Project Manager internship in Paris. Six-month role supporting training operations and retail performance analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training performance dashboards and KPIs to track program efficacy and business impact
- Build and analyze monthly retail training activity reports, including customer satisfaction metrics
- Actively gather training needs from boutiques and trainers to inform program planning
- Co-construct monthly training schedules based on analysis, needs assessment, and business priorities
- Manage logistics and participant registration for training sessions, ensuring seamless coordination
- Facilitate communication flow between the training department, support functions, and boutiques
- Provide operational support to trainers for session deployment, coordinating materials and logistics
- Contribute to providing tools and resources to training teams and participants
Qualifications
- Currently in final year of business school or university degree program
- Prior internship or work experience in retail or luxury training environments
- Strong affinity for retail with demonstrated aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Aptitude for digital tools and innovation
- French language fluency; English proficiency preferred

Beginner-level professional experience in retail or training within the luxury sector; ideally gained through prior internships or entry-level roles. Academic exposure to business operations and project management is valued.
