Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Retail Performance internship in Paris, France; six-month role focused on customer experience and retail KPI analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the animation and monitoring of Customer Experience programs through weekly and monthly reporting
- Prepare analysis presentations for monthly meetings with General Managers and key stakeholders, as well as quarterly Customer Experience community meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for boutiques in managing requests and issues
- Provide monthly reports on traffic counting, conversion rates, and cross-selling metrics
- Monitor the performance of omnichannel services and analyze adoption rates of retail tools
- Conduct specific analyses for management and prepare supporting presentations
- Coordinate the gathering of information and drafting of weekly newsletter articles with graphic highlighting and information synthesis
- Participate in monthly strategy committee meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support Europe teams for questions and incident resolution
- Collect feedback from teams and issue recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support setup and testing for digital tool evolutions
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (BAC+4/5) in Management, Business, or related discipline
- First experience in retail environment (boutique or headquarters setting preferred)
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+4) or Master's degree (BAC+5) in Management, Business Administration, or closely related field.
