Role & Responsibilities

• Manage distribution within the Dior Maison scope, including seasonal launches and special orders.
• Plan stock availability for store openings and events.
• Monitor rebalancing activities.
• Participate in biannual buying sessions and conduct monthly meetings with all regions.
• Create product assortments for boutiques and events, and forecast sales.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses of boutiques and products.
• Perform Sell Through analysis at the reference level.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an engineering or business school with an interest in Merchandising/Event Management.
• Proactive, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new tools such as Power BI, Access, and VBA.
• Fluency in English is required.
