Role & Responsibilities
- Compile weekly, monthly, and supplementary performance reports on seasonal and permanent collection activity, communicating insights to the buying team
- Analyze sell-through rates for seasonal collections and monitor stock availability levels for permanent ranges
- Conduct weekly stock reviews and coordinate rebalancing initiatives across the retail network in collaboration with supply chain and zone coordinator teams
- Prepare pre-buying session analyses and post-buying presentation materials
- Participate in defining store allocation strategies based on sales potential forecasts
- Create and distribute newsletters to the entire European retail network with merchandising updates and directives
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or university program
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Experience in merchandising, supply chain, or product development in luxury fashion or premium retail sectors (preferred)
- Demonstrated strength with numerical analysis and reporting
