Christian Dior Couture, Shanghai: Assistant QA & Training Manager position overseeing service quality and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the quality control system and technical documentation standards
- Monitor daily service quality across all channels (call, email, WeChat) through agent recording sampling and performance analysis
- Generate monthly quality assurance performance reports for each ambassador and communicate findings via email
- Analyze service quality issues with team leadership, implement coaching interventions, and conduct root cause investigations
- Update and communicate QA standards to ensure team compliance and consistency
- Lead departmental Quality Monitoring Program to drive employee development, engagement, and excellence culture
- Set, track, and monitor KPI indicators for online sales performance and outsourced call center operations
- Conduct in-store onboarding for new hires, including product essential training and floor observations
- Deliver engaging product, fashion trends, and styling methodology training to online sales and service teams
- Act as product ambassador, maintaining deep product knowledge and sharing best practices to elevate awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree qualification
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and oral communication
- Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong process management and organizational skills
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in quality assurance or service excellence frameworks
- Background in team training, coaching, or professional development
Skills
Experience
Experience in quality assurance, customer service management, training coordination, or related functions within a luxury or high-performance service environment is preferred. Prior exposure to multi-channel customer service operations and virtual training delivery is advantageous.
