Christian Dior, Paris: Assistant Project Manager, Traceability internship supporting Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture production operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map production stages and supply chain steps for Dior products from raw material to finished article through a dedicated traceability platform
- Define and prioritize information collection protocols from suppliers across the supply chain to reduce environmental impact
- Coordinate and monitor information technology development initiatives for traceability systems
- Design and execute change management activities, including internal and supplier communication, training materials, and knowledge sessions
- Conduct sector and regulatory monitoring on upstream traceability standards and requirements
- Understand and unify Ready-to-Wear production workflows to support Source Tagging deployment
- Manage project tracking for IT systems, supplier technical documentation, and product improvements
- Develop and oversee the 2026 ramp-up timeline and product enhancement schedule
- Test and validate new system functionalities
- Provide ongoing user support to all Maison teams utilizing traceability tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
- Fluency in French and English (Italian preferred)
- Demonstrated autonomy and strong organizational capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to generate ideas and constructive criticism
- Genuine interest in luxury and high-end manufacturing environments
