Role & Responsibilities

  • Map production stages and supply chain steps for Dior products from raw material to finished article through a dedicated traceability platform
  • Define and prioritize information collection protocols from suppliers across the supply chain to reduce environmental impact
  • Coordinate and monitor information technology development initiatives for traceability systems
  • Design and execute change management activities, including internal and supplier communication, training materials, and knowledge sessions
  • Conduct sector and regulatory monitoring on upstream traceability standards and requirements
  • Understand and unify Ready-to-Wear production workflows to support Source Tagging deployment
  • Manage project tracking for IT systems, supplier technical documentation, and product improvements
  • Develop and oversee the 2026 ramp-up timeline and product enhancement schedule
  • Test and validate new system functionalities
  • Provide ongoing user support to all Maison teams utilizing traceability tools

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
  • Fluency in French and English (Italian preferred)
  • Demonstrated autonomy and strong organizational capabilities
