Christian Dior Couture seeks an IT Finance Project Management Intern in Paris for 6 months starting March 2027, supporting Power BI and automation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and document target processes and functional rules from Finance, IT, Operations, and business units
- Support project implementation and participate in testing phases for Power BI dashboards and automation initiatives
- Develop and deliver change management communications, training materials, and user adoption strategies to facilitate system appropriation by key users
- Manage projects end-to-end following agile methodologies including PI Planning, Daily standups, and MVP delivery
- Assist the department manager with cross-functional coordination and the development of transversal departmental deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a top-tier engineering school, business school, or university in information systems, computer science, or related discipline
- Strong analytical capabilities with foundational knowledge in finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT personnel
- Prior internship experience in IT project management or systems consulting (preferred)
