Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Project Manager for High Jewelry in Paris (6-month internship from January 2027). Hybrid role supporting bespoke jewelry development coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate external communications with fine jewelry ateliers: prepare detailed briefs from client specifications and artistic renderings, request quotes and production timelines, monitor milestones and follow up on deliverables
  • Manage internal information flow across departments (studio, marketing, product environment, procurement, logistics): distribute specifications, consolidate timelines, budgets, metrics, and technical requirements; compose product compositions for M3 software integration
  • Receive and audit delivered pieces: verify invoices, review product photography, transmit gemstone specifications, gold color classification, production cost, and delivery date to marketing team
  • Maintain tracking systems and project management tools: update demand pipeline database (collection scheduling and valuation) and piece development tracker (fabrication stage milestones)
  • Support artistic oversight meetings with ateliers and Creative Director Victoire de Castellane regarding ongoing piece fabrication

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (bac+5) in business, fashion, design, or marketing discipline such as IFM or comparable luxury sector institution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and standard productivity software
  • Demonstrated project coordination or cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Artistic sensibility and understanding of luxury fine jewelry aesthetics
  • Adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and professional discretion
  • Experience in fine jewelry, luxury goods, or comparable artisanal manufacturing (preferred)

Experience
