Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Assistant Project Manager, High-End internship supporting luxury client orders and market operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tracking of client orders, including special creations and reproductions, in coordination with central (Studio, Stones, Development) and regional teams
  • Coordinate product environment requirements and monitor production of packaging, product photography, and gouache illustrations
  • Create and distribute product specifications to markets; maintain and update all client order tracking files
  • Update product database and competitive pricing benchmarks for client orders
  • Participate in pricing and quotation preparation for client orders
  • Process orders in M3 system, finalize pricing in multiple currencies, and coordinate logistics coordination for order shipment
  • Develop presentation files detailing offers and product mapping
  • Compile and organize gouache drawings and certificates for regional teams
  • Coordinate layout and printing of gouache illustrations
  • Manage event tool distribution, inventory tracking, and shipment
  • Provide operational support for high-end events and market activations

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university
  • First experience in marketing or commercial roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong client relationship management and understanding of customer needs
  • Comfort with numerical analysis and financial figures
  • Sensitivity to luxury high-end product positioning
