Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Projects Director in overseeing the global transformation roadmap, including tracking multiple concurrent projects and preparing monthly progress reports
• Contribute operationally to one or more key projects during planning, design, testing, and validation phases
• Analyze current practices and develop target financial models for global operations, including commodity flows between entities, local accounting and tax requirements, and financial performance dashboards
• Review and validate accounting and controlling impacts; perform variance analysis on inventory and profit-and-loss statements
• Coordinate and report testing phases in liaison with project leads
• Foster and animate an international finance community through knowledge-sharing initiatives, best practice dissemination, and cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a business or engineering school specializing in Finance, Strategy, Project Management, or equivalent university-level finance program
• Fluent English (role entails significant international exposure)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities and synthesis skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate organizational discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior internship experience in management consulting or audit practices preferred
