Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Assistant Project Manager supporting global Finance transformation initiatives for six-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Projects Director in overseeing the global transformation roadmap, including tracking multiple concurrent projects and preparing monthly progress reports
- Contribute operationally to one or more key projects during planning, design, testing, and validation phases
- Analyze current practices and develop target financial models for global operations, including commodity flows between entities, local accounting and tax requirements, and financial performance dashboards
- Review and validate accounting and controlling impacts; perform variance analysis on inventory and profit-and-loss statements
- Coordinate and report testing phases in liaison with project leads
- Foster and animate an international finance community through knowledge-sharing initiatives, best practice dissemination, and cross-functional communication
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a business or engineering school specializing in Finance, Strategy, Project Management, or equivalent university-level finance program
- Fluent English (role entails significant international exposure)
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and synthesis skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate organizational discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior internship experience in management consulting or audit practices preferred
