Parfums Christian Dior seeks an Assistant Project Manager Intern for Business Development in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support luxury brand merchandising and retail animation projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the construction of annual animation and visual merchandising plans aligned with regional marketing strategy and Maison priorities
  • Develop Point-of-Sale image update guidelines (lightboxes, outposts, video loops) by region
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst, Marketing Development, and Merchandising teams on assortment recommendations and planograms for international markets
  • Support development of new retail merchandising concepts in partnership with Marketing Development, Regional Operations, Architecture, Merchandising, Planning, and Procurement
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market monitoring activities
  • Contribute to development of innovative concepts and services for fragrances and La Collection Privée, providing business and creative insights
  • Participate in service communication strategy and develop offline and online support materials
  • Ensure competitive monitoring and analysis to strengthen the Dior experience
  • Contribute to harmonisation and elevation of tri-axial engraving services in-store and online, coordinating global rollout
