Internship: Project Assistant in Merchandising & Brand Experience at Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly-sur-Seine – Jan 2027
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of annual animation and visual merchandising plans aligned with marketing strategy and regional priorities
- Create and disseminate guidelines for updating point-of-sale imagery across regions (lightboxes, outposts, video loops)
- Contribute to assortment recommendations and planogramme development for markets in collaboration with business analyst trainees, marketing development, and merchandising teams
- Support the development of new retail merchandising concepts in partnership with marketing development, regional operations, architecture, merchandising, planning, and procurement departments
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis from the field
- Contribute to the development of innovative concepts and services for perfumes and Dior's Private Collection with differentiated client experiences across all channels and geographies
- Participate in communications strategy for services and develop offline and online support materials
- Support the harmonization and elevation of tri-axis engraving services in boutiques and online and ensure worldwide activation implementation
Qualifications
- Final-year student or equivalent internship level
- Experience in luxury and beauty sectors preferred
