Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Junior IT CRM Product Owner internship (6 months, Feb 2027). CRM & Salesforce expertise in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper functioning of the CRM (Salesforce) for customer service teams across France and internationally (Europe, USA, APAC, China), incorporating business functional requirements and implementing necessary modifications
- Drive continuous improvement and analysis initiatives to enhance the performance of ancillary applications, including appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction measurement tools, and communication channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Apple Business Chat)
- Oversee the monitoring and coordination of activities and projects related to customer domain evolution
- Demonstrate agility in handling corrections and system updates according to assigned priorities, managing both project and RUN mode responsibilities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, specialized CRM programme, or Information Systems Management
- Fluent English to communicate with stakeholders across France and internationally
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and ideally PSPO certification
- Hands-on product ownership experience (minimum one project)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Canva
- Sound understanding of IT fundamentals and incident management protocols
- Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge is highly desirable
