Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an Assistant Product Owner (Front Retail Applications) on a work-study (alternance) contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the product backlog for front retail applications, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in PI Planning and sprint ceremonies; help co-construct the team's delivery roadmap and sprint plans.
- Collect, analyse and report on product KPIs to measure feature performance and inform prioritisation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (business partners, developers, QA, solution architects) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain and document product assets in JIRA and Confluence and produce user-facing and technical documentation.
- Contribute to test phases and validation of evolutions; assist in incident resolution (level 3) via ServiceNow.
- Propose improvements to existing tools and processes; support user onboarding and training.
- Observe technical architectures and DevOps practices, and engage in technology watch to identify new solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a computer engineering school or equivalent higher-education programme in IT/Computer Science (école d'ingénieur informatique).
- Strong interest in product management and Agile methodologies with practical knowledge of backlog management and user story writing.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; prior exposure to JIRA and Confluence is preferred; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, strong communication skills, proactivity, curiosity and collaborative spirit.
- Passion for digital technologies and the luxury retail sector.

Entry-level / student status with little to no professional experience required; internships or prior project work in IT, digital product or retail systems are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a computer engineering programme (école d'ingénieur informatique) or equivalent undergraduate/graduate studies in Computer Science or Information Systems.
