Assistant Product Manager internship at Christian Dior Couture, Paris — support ready-to-wear collections and competitive analysis for six months beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers in organizing two sales showrooms by developing presentation tools (material boards, sales books, lookbooks) and preparing sales presentations
- Manage collection prototypes, track inventory, and coordinate requests from press, production, and internal departments
- Conduct weekly best-seller analysis and monitor product/price performance following purchasing sessions
- Perform ongoing competitive market intelligence by monitoring fashion sector competitors through boutique visits, websites, catalogs, and industry publications
- Maintain and update competitive mapping, track market pricing, and prepare reports on competitor offerings and positioning
- Conduct ad-hoc market studies as requested by Product Managers
- Synthesize market and competitive insights into actionable reports for senior product leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a programme from a business school or specialized fashion/luxury management curriculum
- Previous assistant product manager experience in ready-to-wear or accessories within luxury brands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fashion sensitivity and strong product orientation
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities

Third-year student or recent graduate with proven experience as an assistant product manager in luxury apparel or accessories; early-career stage acceptable for candidates with demonstrated fashion industry exposure
Education
Business school degree or specialized curriculum in fashion, luxury management, or product development preferred
