Dior internship: Assistant Product Manager, Makeup in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support Travel Retail marketing strategy and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support product launch deployment and monitoring in collaboration with product and category managers, including preparation of marketing presentations for the makeup division
- Participate in product assortment selection and adaptation for the Travel Retail channel, with regular coordination with Marketing Development and Business Development teams
- Develop key sales cycle materials including planograms, assortment summaries, merchandising tools, and retailer books
- Conduct performance analysis across the Travel Retail zone, benchmarking Dior results against local markets and monitoring competitor performance
- Manage visual merchandising oversight and create sales support tools such as cycle books, brochures, and catalogues
- Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring, track major product launches and innovations, and present product innovations and Trade support animations
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M1/M2) in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Approximately 6 months of experience in marketing or product management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power BI strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and professional rigor
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities
- Assertiveness and stakeholder management skills

Approximately 6 months of marketing experience is ideal. Entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge in marketing, business, or luxury retail may also be considered.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (M1/M2) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
