Parfums Christian Dior seeks Assistant Product Manager (Make-Up) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Drive cosmetics launches, portfolio management, and retail campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead demand forecasting and assortment management for the Make-Up category, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product submissions
- Manage the full product lifecycle across all categories, including catalog updates, regulatory registrations, and systematic phase-out of discontinued SKUs
- Liaise with local Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely submission, tracking, and approval of product notifications and licenses prior to launch dates
- Monitor competitor assortments and market trends to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities to gain market share in Vietnam
- Coordinate with Retail teams to ensure prompt listing of new SKUs across key retailer networks
- Conduct regular sell-out performance analyses and evaluate campaign ROI for promotional initiatives (HPP and GWP schemes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Training, Retail, Visual Merchandising) to build and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns for key animations and new launches
- Lead and drive Retail-tainment initiatives, in-store activations, and seasonal campaigns (CNY, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas)
- Propose, align, and secure approvals for monthly and event-specific Gift with Purchase (GWP) schemes; manage stock allocation and dispatch
- Coordinate with local cross-functional teams to consolidate and submit monthly stock orders to the regional warehouse
- Work closely with Retail and Regional Supply Chain teams to maintain healthy stock levels across all doors
- Assist Marketing Manager in implementing retail pricing and ensuring on-time updates across all retailer systems
Qualifications
- Qualified university or college degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in luxury brands or the beauty industry preferred

Education
Qualified university or college degree in a related discipline (business administration, marketing, commerce, or equivalent).
