Christian Dior Couture, Paris: 6-month internship as Assistant Product Manager for Leather Goods, supporting marketing strategy and collection development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor competitive intelligence continuously; analyze and synthesize market information for product managers through structured market monitoring (boutique visits, websites, catalogues, press, events)
- Conduct competitive pricing and positioning analysis; maintain competitive mapping documents and develop reports on competitor offerings
- Develop product descriptions and lookbook captions for press and internal stakeholders
- Support sales training content development focused on craftsmanship and brand inspiration narratives
- Manage product photography logistics including availability coordination, on-set support, visual validation, and digital asset filing
- Assist in collection presentation book development and showroom setup for client meetings
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, CRM, Digital, and Media departments on promotional activities
- Monitor press coverage, manage prototype inventory, and track shooting asset distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Final-year internship preferred; prior marketing experience a plus
- Product sensitivity and demonstrated knowledge of the luxury market and accessories sector
- Strong analytical capability with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadline pressure
- Positive communication skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel
