Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy and oversee product launch projects across the French fragrance market, coordinating with transversal departments (Media, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, E-retail, Training)
  • Manage operational aspects of semester launches and marketing events across all distribution channels
  • Produce weekly analytical reports assessing brand performance and competitive activity in the French perfumery market
  • Conduct market, competitive, and franchise performance analyses to inform strategic recommendations
  • Contribute creative insights and strategic recommendations for upcoming fragrance launches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 (Master's level or equivalent from a business school)
  • Prior marketing experience and/or cosmetics sector background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with market research platforms (Circana and Nielsen) preferred
  • Knowledge of Power BI platform preferred
