Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in the end-to-end deployment and monitoring of fragrance launches on the France market, coordinating with cross‑functional teams (Media, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, E‑retail, Training).
  • Manage operational aspects (360°) of product launches and seasonal events for the semester in scope.
  • Produce weekly analytical briefs tracking Dior’s performance and competitive activity within the French perfumery market.
  • Conduct market, competitor and franchise performance analyses to inform commercial strategy.
  • Contribute creative recommendations and input for upcoming launches, activations and promotional calendars.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or pursuing a Master's‑level programme (Grande École de Commerce or equivalent).
  • Ideally completed a prior six‑month internship in marketing or product management.
  • Demonstrable behavioural competencies: creativity and innovation, initiative, critical thinking, collaboration and teamwork, strong interpersonal communication, and an analytical mindset.

Entry level — candidate may be a recent graduate or current Master’s student; ideally one prior 6‑month internship in marketing or a related function.
