Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Product Manager intern for Baby Dior in Paris. 6-month internship combining product development and marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support product managers in the development of product lines, including collection tool updates and product coding
  • Participate in showroom buying sessions; follow custom couture orders, prepare supporting documentation, and track product receipts
  • Manage the prototype inventory system, coordinate loans for photography and digital shoots, and maintain tracking records
  • Organize and coordinate e-commerce photography shoots in liaison with logistics, image, and studio teams; manage product scheduling and oversee product referencing and retouching
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with visual merchandising, e-commerce, communications, and press teams in support of product managers
  • Contribute to the development of retail training materials for store teams
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis; maintain market intelligence and develop conceptual research
  • Participate in collection briefs and strategy sessions
  • Organize fittings and model bookings; coordinate the reception of sample garments
  • Monitor and track purchase orders

Qualifications

  • Student at a leading business school or graduate of a specialized fashion or luxury programme
  • Demonstrated passion for luxury, children's fashion, and the exacting standards of these sectors
  • Strong attention to detail and rigorous methodology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including diplomacy, active listening, and adaptability
  • Organized, autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
