Christian Dior Couture seeks an internship Assistant Product Development Manager for ready-to-wear menswear in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain collection documentation including panoramas and VIP order tracking tables
  • Participate in fittings with designers, technical teams, and in-house workshops
  • Create and update product models in the PLM system
  • Generate model-to-material attribution sheets for collection launches
  • Monitor shipments of components and fabrics to manufacturers
  • Independently manage the development of covered buttons with the Paris atelier
  • Create and assemble fabric composition boards for collections
  • Receive and verify prototypes, including unboxing, verification, hanger changes, and model checking
  • Track VIP orders and manage order fulfillment
  • Print product labels and arrange courier shipments via DHL
  • Scan collection looks for looklist compilation
  • Monitor toile and mockup production by the in-house atelier
  • Dispatch prototypes to manufacturing partners

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Master's degree in textile engineering, fashion, or business management
  • Strong product sensibility with refined appreciation for high-quality ready-to-wear design
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with defined deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Italian is advantageous
