Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Product Development Manager for men's ready-to-wear in Paris. 6-month internship starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain collection documentation including panoramas (collection plans) and VIP order tracking tables
  • Participate in fittings with designers, technical teams, and the Paris workshop
  • Create and update product models within the PLM system
  • Generate model-to-fabric allocation sheets for collection launches
  • Monitor the shipment of components and fabrics to manufacturers
  • Independently manage the development of covered buttons in coordination with the Paris workshop
  • Create fabric boards for the collection
  • Receive and quality-check prototypes, including unpacking, verification, hanger changes, and model inspection
  • Support VIP order tracking and fulfillment
  • Print product labels and manage DHL shipments and courier reservations
  • Scan collection looks for looklist compilation
  • Track the production of canvases and samples by the workshop
  • Send prototypes to manufacturers

Qualifications

  • Master's level studies in textile engineering, fashion, or business school
  • Strong product sensitivity and understanding of ready-to-wear quality standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with defined deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and adaptive capacity
  • Fluent English (written, spoken, and read); Italian is a plus
