Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Operations Manager in Miami Design District for full-time boutique operations role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance of all associates with established company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping procedures
  • Train, coach, and manage all associates in execution of operational tasks including POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, safety and security procedures
  • Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV) to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Ensure adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed
  • Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control
  • Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Oversee payroll management, scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets
  • Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening, closing, and security procedures
  • Manage back-of-house operations setup and organization
  • Help solve problems affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant retail operations or boutique management experience
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory control systems
  • Knowledge of payroll management and personnel scheduling practices
  • Understanding of retail compliance, security, and loss prevention protocols
  • Familiarity with facilities management including HVAC, electrical, and security systems

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.
