Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Merchandiser internship in Paris for men's footwear category, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for retail teams, central departments, and senior management, with daily analysis of men's footwear category performance (EMEA/subzone/store level and by segment/product/SKU)
- Review replenishment targets, manage restock optimization, supervise inventory levels, and coordinate stock rebalancing across European markets
- Provide operational retail support including inter-store transfers, creation of community engagement materials, and resolution of merchandising inquiries from boutiques
- Assist merchandisers in organizing and executing buying sessions, including preparation of analytical tools and presentation materials, and participate in order entry processes
- Support commercial campaigns by coordinating collection launches, developing communication materials, and conducting performance analyses to inform merchandising decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated aptitude for statistical interpretation
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistent adherence to deadlines
- Prior experience in retail operations and/or merchandising (preferred)
