Christian Dior Couture in Seoul seeks an Assistant Manager, Fine Jewelry & Timepieces to lead commercial planning, merchandising and client activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive assigned commercial initiatives to strengthen Fine Jewelry & Timepieces performance across Korea, identifying growth opportunities and corrective actions.
- Monitor sales, category KPIs and inventory flows; produce actionable recommendations to optimise sell-through and margin.
- Manage stock planning, transfers and product allocations in line with commercial priorities and boutique demand.
- Support forecasting, reporting and business analysis to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with boutiques to implement category activations, enhance product storytelling and improve client engagement.
- Coordinate and execute retail events, client activations and high-value experiences for fine jewellery clients.
- Develop selling tools, product communications and retail support materials in collaboration with retail and HQ teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects, liaising with local, regional and central stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across operations and after-sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' experience in luxury retail, merchandising, buying or commercial functions, preferably with exposure to jewellery or watches.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to operate proactively in a lean, fast-paced organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build collaborative relationships across retail and HQ teams.
- Highly organised with strong analytical capability and rigorous follow-through.
- Fluent in Korean and English.

Experience
At least eight years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail, merchandising, commercial planning or buying, with demonstrable results in category development, inventory management and boutique collaboration.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
