Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Digital — Travel Retail APAC (temporary) to lead e‑retail, content and paid media initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as digital brand guardian for e‑travel retail, ensuring all markets and e‑corners comply with Dior institutional guidelines (including WeChat mini program).
  • Plan and execute e‑merchandising and WeChat mini program calendars in alignment with Category, Visual Merchandising and market teams for product launches and on‑counter activations.
  • Localise and adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, landing pages, pack shots) to platform specifications and coordinate timely delivery to market teams for flawless online execution.
  • Manage online product listings and de‑listings according to the marketing calendar and maintain a regional product Masterfile with market‑relevant translations.
  • Support e‑retail assessments and coordinate with Central E‑retail and market teams on e‑corner upgrades, openings and closures.
  • Develop, brief and manage KOL, paid‑media and influencer campaigns with retailers and agencies, overseeing retro planning, execution, in‑campaign optimisation and post‑campaign reporting against KPIs.
  • Prepare media content briefs, lead on‑site KOL event flows where required, and provide training guidance to market teams for shoot execution.
  • Monitor digital performance across channels (SEM, paid media, social), produce post‑campaign analyses with learnings and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Contribute to budget planning, business review presentations and handle related administrative tasks (purchase orders, invoices).
  • Report on digital travel retail trends and best practices; promote digital thinking and capability across markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications or digital roles; ideally 4+ years and experience within luxury or beauty travel retail.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; fluent written Mandarin Chinese required.
  • Demonstrable experience managing paid media, SEM and influencer (KOL) campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proactive mindset with critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities; strong team orientation and collaborative approach.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Experience
