Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising & CRM at Parfums Christian Dior, Toronto—manage e-merchandising operations and CRM programs for Dior.ca.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage setup and merchandising integration of all launch SKUs on dual-language sites (English/French), including PIM system data validation and book price verification
  • Optimize product category ordering and cross-sell strategies based on performance analytics and market trends
  • Update best-sellers, new arrivals pages, and on-site search functionality across all merchandising axes
  • Manage seasonal animation kits and promotional banners to ensure launches are optimized for the Canadian market and tested across e-commerce platforms
  • Create and resolve Jira bug tickets related to local Dior.ca features, partnering with US project leads on UAT and feature releases
  • Develop and execute automated email campaigns and tactical programs using Adobe systems in partnership with US CRM and technical teams
  • Build and launch weekly SMS campaigns (Attentive platform) and trigger email programs (Bluecore platform)
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Localize and set up Narvar tracking emails and Dior Connect boutique program templates in coordination with US partners
  • Collaborate with local senior leadership and headquarters stakeholders to develop local launch calendars and integrated digital strategy

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in Digital Merchandising or CRM environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Familiarity with or quick learning ability in: Akeno, PIM systems, Salesforce, Bambuser, Narvar, ServiceNow, Attentive, Bluecore, CRM platforms, Google Analytics 4
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (Bluecore or similar), and performance marketing platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with proven stakeholder management capacity
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities with adaptability to changing business priorities
