Christian Dior Couture in Makati City seeks an Assistant Logistics and After‑Sales Manager to manage logistics, customs and after‑sales operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute day‑to‑day logistics across the Philippines, liaising with Head Office, regional teams, warehouse staff, retail boutiques, forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
  • Manage import/export operations and customs clearance processes, including responsibility for license applications (CITES, Certificate of Origin, Comprehensive License, Export Notification) and ATA Carnet handling.
  • Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, service lead times and conduct regular and annual inventory counts and stock takes.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly logistics reports and provide ad‑hoc analysis to Regional/Head Office.
  • Organize special logistics arrangements for visual merchandising, marketing events and stock destruction; offer logistics solutions to all internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee after‑sales service activities: inspection and control of defective articles, reporting to Regional Office, ordering spare parts, oversight of repairs and educating retail teams on treatment and care of merchandise.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve sporadic or complex after‑sales cases and provide support during stock take and other operational activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in logistics, supply chain or after‑sales operations, preferably within luxury fashion, retail or related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation, including CITES and ATA Carnet procedures.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse SOPs, inventory controls and stock reconciliation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
  • Analytical mindset with experience producing operational reports and monitoring KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, retail environment and to support event and visual merchandising logistics.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
