Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the negotiation of rights for photos and videos.
  • Conduct iconographic research.
  • Support the compilation of artwork lists for exhibition projects, including measurements.
  • Perform condition reports.
  • Aid in research requests from various departments.
  • Index media on the internal media library.
  • Create inventory sheets using InDesign.

Qualifications

  • Student in archives, documentation, or iconography.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Bridge. Knowledge of Keepeek software is advantageous. Professional proficiency in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset. Interest in fashion and art.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
