Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, headcount planning, and end-to-end talent acquisition for office and retail teams
- Conduct training, orientation, and professional development programmes for new employees
- Review and align job descriptions across all positions with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and execute talent attraction, motivation, and retention strategies
- Lead HR initiatives and employee engagement programmes to enhance organizational culture and performance
- Manage annual performance review cycles, salary reviews, and promotion recommendations
- Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and performance improvement plans
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking exercises with regional teams to maintain competitive reward structures
- Develop, review, and enhance compensation policies ensuring legal compliance and market relevance
- Prepare biannual budget forecasts and monthly workforce statistics reports
- Manage vendor compliance and event costs within approved budgets
- Organize staff engagement events and implement continuous process improvements
- Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and labor law compliance
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in human resources
- At least 3 years at Assistant Managerial or managerial level in luxury retail industry
- Familiarity with Vietnamese labour law and established networks within related industries
- Proficiency in Excel and business software applications
