Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to recruit and develop the local team, including office and retail headcount planning, end-to-end recruitment processes, and training and orientation for new employees
• Review and align job descriptions for all positions in collaboration with hiring managers
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent while advising on organizational structure, workforce planning, and compensation and benefits policies
• Lead HR initiatives and programmes to position the organization as an employer of choice
• Develop and deploy employee engagement programmes to drive performance and create a winning culture
• Manage annual performance reviews, salary reviews, and promotion cycles
• Coach and provide guidance to managers on performance management, including performance coaching, disciplinary action, and performance improvement plans
• Support staff transitions and exits when necessary
• Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking exercises with regional teams to establish and maintain competitive reward structures
• Develop, review, and enhance reward policies to ensure compliance and relevance
• Prepare budget submissions twice per year and generate monthly workforce statistics reports
• Forecast staffing and event costs and coordinate with finance for budget approval
• Monitor vendor compliance and procurement within budgetary constraints
• Provide timely costing forecasts and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Organize staff engagement events and benchmark processes against industry best practices
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR, with at least 3 years at Assistant Managerial or managerial level in luxury retail
• Familiarity with Vietnamese labour law and strong professional networks within related industries
